IBCTCLS4T100MGBacteria-Derived Collagenase Type 4 Purified from Innovative Research has been prepared to contain lower tryptic activity levels to limit damage to membrane proteins and receptors but with normal to above normal collagenase activity This is a dialyzed, lyophilized powder with a concentration of 160 units/mg dry weight.
This product is suggested for pancreatic islet primary isolation. Type 4 is designed to be especially low in tryptic activity to limit damage to membrane proteins and receptors.
