...procedure was also performed according to the previously described procedure 14 where the activated silica microparticles were resuspended in 9.75 mL 0.1 M NaH 2 PO 4 , pH 7.0 containing 0.25 mL polyclonal anti-canine CRP (Innovative Research, Novi, Michigan, USA).
