Additional Information:

For greater transformation efficiencies heat shock at 37C for 1 minute before plating, or heat shock at 42C for 30 seconds then add SOC media and shake at 225 rpm at 37C for 1 hour before plating. Conveniently supplied as a pack of 10 single use 0.1 ml aliquots.
