Ribonuclease T2 is an enzyme that catalyzes the chemical reaction transforming two-stage endonucleoytic cleavage to nucleoside 3'-phosphates and 3'-phosphooligonucleotides, with 2'- and 3'-cyclic phosphate intermediates.
