Single Donor Human Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMC) Frozen from Innovative Research are cells isolated from a unit of whole blood containing EDTA and is centrifuged using ficoll-hypaque. Once isolated the cells are kept in a storage media containing 10% DMSO and 90% FBS.
