Mouse Kininogen Genetically Deficient Plasma from Innovative Research is prepared from a Kininogen knockout mouse. This Kininogen Knockout was created by targeted disruption of the KNG1 gene. Mutations were then confirmed using PCR genotyping and Sanger sequencing. Processed with Na Citrate as the anticoagulant.
