This product can be used in analytic tools such as Dot blot, Electron microscopy, Flow cytometry, Immunohistochemistry of frozen sections, Immunohistochemistry of paraffin sections, Immunofluorescence, Western blot, Inhibition and Blocking. This product is a useful marker for the characterization of a subset of myelo-monocytic subtypes of chronic and acute leukemia (CD91). It blocks cellular-mediated uptake of alpha 2 macroglobulin trypsin complex by LRP1. As a positive control WI-38 fibroblast may be used and human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) as a negative control. This is an IgG1kappa class.
