Rabbit Anti DYKDDDDK (FLAG Tag) Polyclonal Affinity Purified FITC Labeled from Innovative Research is a polyclonal antibody in a Liquid format, buffered in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.2 with 0.2% BSA, 0.1% sodium azide. Rabbits were immunized with DYKDDDDK (FLAG) conjugated to KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freund’s adjuvant, serum was collected and the antibodies were affinity purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid phase. The affinity purified antibodies were then conjugated with Fluorescein Isothiocyanate (FITC).
