Rabbits were immunized with highly purified Dog IgG-Fc fragment. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant serum was collected and solid phase absorbed to ensure class specificity. The resulting antiserum was affinity purified off an antigen containing immunoabsorbant.
