Goat Anti Mouse Cross Adsorbed IgG Polyclonal Affinity Purified from Innovative Research is a polyclonal antibody in Liquid format, buffered in Phospate buffered saline, pH 7.2 with 0.1% sodium azide. Goats were immunized with purified mouse IgG isolated from pooled normal mouse serum. The anti-mouse IgG h+l were immunoaffinity purified off a mouse IgG immunoabsorbant before being solid phase absorbed with Bovine, Horse, Human, Rabbit and Rat IgG.

This product reacts with all subclasses of IgG and with all classes of mouse immunoglobulins by immunodiffusion and IEP techniques due to the presence of antilight chains. There was no detectable reactivity with purified Bovine, Horse, Human, Rabbit or Rat IgG by IEP and ELISA assay.This product can be used for a wide range of research applications, including ELISA: 2 ug/ml, IP: 2 ug/mg, WB: 0.5 - 0.05 ug/ml.
