Goat Anti Canine IgE Polyclonal Affinity Purified HRP Labeled from Innovative Research is a polyclonal antibody in Liquid format, buffered in 50 mM HEPES – Saline with Stabilizer with 0.002% Thimerosal. Goats were immunized with purified normal dog IgE. After multiple immunizations in Freund’s adjuvant the goats were bled, serum collected and the antiserum solid-phase absorbed to ensure class specificity. The antibodies were immunoaffinity purified and conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
