Chicken Anti DYKDDDDK (FLAG Tag) Polyclonal Affinity Purified FITC Labeled from Innovative Research is a polyclonal antibody in a Liquid format, buffered in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.2 with 0.2% BSA, 0.1% sodium azide. Chickens were immunized with FLAG peptide conjugated with KLH. After several immunizations, eggs were collected and the Ig fraction prepared. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid phase matrix then conjugated with Fluorescein Isothiocyanate (FITC).
