Briefly, human erythrocytes (RBC) (Innovative Research, Novi, MI) were washed three times with cold isotonic saline (0.9% w/v NaCl in water) and resuspended in pH 7.4 PBS to a final concentration of 4% vol/vol. LNP (with or without LD003) were then incubated with the RBC solution for 1 h at 37 degrees C..."
