"... Drug-free (blank) human plasma from six different healthy donors and pooled plasma (with Na-EDTA anticoagulant) were purchased from Innovative Research Inc. (Novi, MI, USA) ... Frozen plasma and tumor samples were thawed at room temperature. Patient plasma samples were diluted 5-fold with blank human plasma to ensure measured drug concentration to fall within the calibration curve range (0.5–1000 nM )..."
