" ... A sensitive liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method was developed and validated for quantification of bictegravir in human plasma... Dipotassium ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (K2EDTA) plasma was purchased from Innovative Research (Novi, MI)... Six different sources of K2EDTA human blank plasma were extracted and the peak areas at the retention time of analyte and internal standard were compared to the peak areas found in the lower limit of quantification (LLOQ, 1 ng/mL) to determine the selectivity of the assay..."
