Chem., 203, 164 (1953) Purified salmon testes prepared by mechanical shearing and heat denaturation to an average fragment size of 200-1000 base pairs. This is a liquid 5 mg/ml in 0.05 M NaCl.
To address any renaturation during storage briefly boil the product then rapidly chill prior to using. Please consider the recommended concentration of 100 µg/ml during usage.
