Human Total Kininogen ELISA Kit from Innovative Research is intended for the quantitative determination of HK in human plasma and serum. Strip well format. Reagents for up to 96 tests.
Human HK will bind to the affinity purified capture antibody coated on the microtiter plate. After appropriate washing steps, biotinylated primary antibody binds to the captured protein. Excess primary antibody is washed away and bound antibody is reacted with horseradish peroxidase conjugated streptavidin. TMB substrate is used for color development at 450nm.

- Cross-Reactivity: Cross reaction occurs with cynomolgus monkey or rhesus monkey, but at recommended dilution no significant cross-reaction occurs with mouse, rabbit, dog, or Porcine.
