Human Complement Component 1s (C1s) ELISA KitIHUC1SKT
This Human Complement Component 1s (C1s) ELISA Kit from Innovative Research is intended for quantitative detection of human C1S in cell culture supernates, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA, citrate? and urine. Strip well format. Reagents for up to 96 tests.
This human C1S ELISA Kit was based on standard sandwich enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay technology. A monoclonal antibody from mouse specific for C1S has been precoated onto 96-well plates. Standards(Expression system for standard: NSO, Immunogen sequence: E16-D688) and test samples are added to the wells, a biotinylated detection polyclonal antibody from goat specific for C1S is added subsequently and then followed by washing with PBS or TBS buffer. Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex was added and unbound conjugates were washed away with PBS or TBS buffer. HRP substrate TMB was used to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that changed into yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The density of yellow is proportional to the human Fibronectin amount of sample captured in plate.

Additional Information: The capture antibody is a monoclonal antibody from mouse, the detection antibody is a biotinylated detection polyclonal antibody from goat. Expression system for standard: Complement component 1s is a protein involved in the complement system. It is mapped to 12p13.31. This gene encodes a serine protease, which is a major constituent of the human complement subcomponent C1. C1s associates with two other complement components C1r and C1q in order to yield the first component of the serum complement system. Defects in this gene are the cause of selective C1s deficiency.; Immunogen sequence: 333
