Plasminogen depleted by lysine affinity chromatography. Add warmed deionized water to original volume then incubate in a 37C water bath without agitation until completely liquid. Gently mix before use. Keep solubilized fibrinogen at 25-37C, aliquot and flash freeze unused portion. This product can be used as a control in applications like ELISA and Western Blot.
