    Human PAI-1 has four mutations (K154T, Q319L, M354I and N150H) that combine to create stability in the labile molecule, "locking" it to its active conformation. This product modifes the stable mutant through Q123K point mutation to produce PAI-1 with a greatly extended half life that demonstrates a ten-fold reduction in vitronectin binding. This product can be used as a control in applications like ELISA and Western Blot. It can be used for a wide range of in vitro applications, including affinity purification, blocking, fibrinolysis, hypertension studies, inhibition, plasminogen activation, protein-protein interactions, receptor binding, and more.
