Use quickly once thawed, and aliquot to avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Upon activation, bovine plasmin is partially cleaved between kringles 3 and 4 which produces a low molecular weight band. This midiplasmin is 100% active. This product can be used as a control in applications like ELISA and Western Blot.
