Rat ACE2 has one isoform (805aa, 93kDa). This product can detect human, mouse and rat ACE2 and has a predicted bovine reactivity (based on immunogen sequence) of 88%. This product can be used for a wide range of research applications, including WB: 1-2 ug/mL. IHC: 2 ug/mL. IF: 10 ug/mL. This has been antibody validated using Western Blot in human, mouse and rat samples and Immunohistochemistry in human samples, as well as Immunofluorescence in human samples, and more.
