Porcine Chemokine CXCL11 Recombinant
IPCCXCL11R5UGPorcine Chemokine CXCL11 Recombinant from Innovative Research has been recombinantly produced in yeast and purified using ion-exchange chromatography. This is a lyophilized powder with a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE analysis.
This product is endotoxin free, naturally folded, and post-translationally modified. This product can be used in cell culture, as an ELISA Standard, and as a Western Blot control. Chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 11 (CXCL11) is chemotactic for activated T cells, and is a biomarker for the development of heart failure and left ventrical dysfunction. CXCL11 is induced by IFN gamma and beta, and more weakly induced by IFN alpha. It works by interacting with CXCR3 (with higher affinity than similar ligands for this receptor, CXCL9 and CXCL10).
