mouse-phospholipase-a2-calcium-independent-elisa-kit
Mouse Phospholipase A2 Calcium Independent ELISA Kit
Mouse Phospholipase A2 Calcium Independent Sandwich ELISA Kit from Innovative Research is intended for the quantitative determination of Mouse Phospholipase A2, Calcium Independent in biofluid samples, such as serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. This is a sandwich Sandwich ELISA in strip well format with reagents for up to 96 tests . iPLA2 present in samples reacts with an anti-Mouse iPLA2 capture antibody coated and dried on a microtiter plate. After appropriate washing steps, an anti-iPLA2 detection antibody conjugated to biotin binds to the captured analyte. Excess antibody is washed away and bound antibody is then reacted with avidin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. TMB substrate is used for color development at 450nm. Color development is directly proportional to the concentration of active iPLA2 in the samples. A standard calibration curve is prepared along with the samples to be measured using dilutions of Mouse iPLA2. Detection Target: Mouse Phospholipase A2, Calcium Independent Reactivity: Mouse Range: 0.312-20ng/mL Sensitivity: 0.09ng/mL Storage Conditions: Store all components at 4┬░C This Mouse iPLA2 activity assay is for the quantitative determination of Phospholipase A2, Calcium Independent in samples including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. For research use only. Strip well format. Reagents for up to 96 tests. For research use only. At Innovative Research, we provide reliable, consistent products that deliver reliable, consistent results.

Preheat a water bath to 37 C.

Place the frozen plasma sample directly in the water bath.

Gently agitate the plasma sample every 5-10 minutes to insure even thawing.

The total thawing time will depend on the frozen sample volume.
