Rabbits were immunized with Bovine IgM. After multiple immunizations in Freund’s adjuvant, the rabbits were bled, serum collected and the antiserum solid phase absorbed to ensure class specificity. The antibodies were immunoaffinity purified.

This antibody forms a single precipitin arc against bovine IgM in normal bovine serum and purified IgM by immunoelectrophoresis. There is no reaction with purified bovine IgG. This product is suitable for ELISA and Blotting applications.This product can be used for a wide range of research applications, including ELISA: 2 ug/ml, IP: 2 ug/mg, WB: 0.5 - 0.05 ug/ml.
