Rabbits were immunized with Bovine IgA. After multiple immunizations in Freund’s adjuvant, serum was collected and the antiserum solid phase absorbed to ensure class specificity. The antibodies were immunoaffinity purified.

The antibody forms a single precipitin arc against Bovine IgA in normal bovine serum and purified IgA by immunoelectrophoresis. There was no reaction purified bovine IgG. This product is suitable for ELISA and Blotting applications with parameters to be determined by the user.This product can be used for a wide range of research applications, including ELISA: 2 ug/ml, IP: 2 ug/mg, WB: 0.5 - 0.05 ug/ml.
