The anti-BSA shows a single precipitin arc against bovine serum albumin and the albumin in bovine serum using immunoelectrophoresis. There is no detectable reactivity with purified Pig, Sheep, Horse, Human Albumin by IEP and ELISA assay. Optimal working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions.This product can be used for a wide range of research applications, including ELISA: Assay Dependent, IHC: 10 -2 ug/ml, WB: Assay Dependent.
