Activity: 2.5 units per mg protein. One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that hydrolyzes one umole of N-benzoyl-DL-arginine-pNA per minute at 25oC in 200 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.8, with 20 mM CaCl2.
