human-replication-protein-a1-elisa-kit
Human Replication Protein A1 ELISA Kit
Human Replication Protein A1 Sandwich ELISA Kit from Innovative Research is intended for the quantitative determination of Human Replication Protein A1 in biofluid samples, such as tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. This is a sandwich Sandwich ELISA in strip well format with reagents for up to 96 tests . RPA1 present in samples reacts with an anti-Human RPA1 capture antibody coated and dried on a microtiter plate. After appropriate washing steps, an anti-RPA1 detection antibody conjugated to biotin binds to the captured analyte. Excess antibody is washed away and bound antibody is then reacted with avidin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. TMB substrate is used for color development at 450nm. Color development is directly proportional to the concentration of active RPA1 in the samples. A standard calibration curve is prepared along with the samples to be measured using dilutions of Human RPA1. Detection Target: Human Replication Protein A1 Reactivity: Human Range: 0.312-20ng/mL Sensitivity: 0.106ng/mL Storage Conditions: Store all components at 4┬░C This Human RPA1 activity assay is for the quantitative determination of Replication Protein A1 in samples including tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. For research use only. Strip well format. Reagents for up to 96 tests. For research use only. At Innovative Research, we provide reliable, consistent products that deliver reliable, consistent results.
Click here to view a video tutorial covering frequently asked questions regarding ELISA workflows.
