IHUCYR61TL100ULHuman CYR61 Cell Lysate from Innovative Research is provided as a Liquid buffered in Laemmli electrophoresis sample buffer.
This product is especially useful for applications like Western Blot, among others. For mini-gel, optimial dilution should be determined by the user. Typically, between 10ug and 20ug per lane is recommended. Boil samples for 3-5 minutes before loading the gel. Store single-use aliquots at -20C. Repeated freeze/thaw cycles are not recommended.
