...Thoroughly washed sheep red blood cells were purchased from Innovative Research (Novi, MI) and constituted to 10 8 cells/1 ml and supplemented with different amounts of vectors. The assays were performed in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.4 and 5.5.
