MV Chandra-Hioe, MP Bucknall, J Arcot - Food Chemistry, 2017... α-Amylase from Bacillus licheniformis was purchased from MP Biomedicals (Solon, OH, USA), protease Subtilisin A Bacillus licheniformis from Megazyme (Wicklow, Ireland) and rat serum from Innovative Research (Novi, MI, USA).
