...Freshly purified Treg-depleted naive CD4 T cells were co-cultured with allogeneic CD40-B at a T-cell:B-cell ratio of 10:1, 4:1, or 1:1 in RPMI-1640 medium supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated human AB serum (Innovative Research, Novi, MI).
