Cells were suspended in DMEM containing FBS (10 %) with antibiotics and plated on mouse fibronectin (3 g/cm2, Innovative Research Inc., Novi, MI, USA)-coated dishes and incubated with 5 % CO2 at 37 C; organoids were attached to a plate in 12 days.
