"... All chemicals and solvents were obtained from commercial sources, and used without further purification. Human serum for protein binding assay was obtained from Innovative Research (Novi, MI)... Plasma protein binding assays were performed according to literature methods Briefly, 37 kBq of 177Lu-PSMA-617 or 177Lu-HTK01169 in 50 µL PBS was added into 200 µL human serum and the mixture was incubated at room temperature for 1 min..."
