Human plasminogen binds capture antibody provided for coating onto a micro titer plate. Polyclonal sheep anti-human plasminogen primary antibody binds to the captured plasminogen. Excess antibody is washed away, and bound polyclonal antibody is then reacted with the secondary antibody. TMB substrate is used for color development at 450 nm. All reagents and standards are provided in these ELISA kits.

Mouse plasminogen binds capture antibody provided for coating onto a micro titer plate. Plasminogen, plasmin, and plasmin in complex with alpha-2-antiplasmin will bind to the capture antibody. Polyclonal rabbit anti-mouse plasminogen primary antibody binds to the captured
plasminogen. Excess antibody is washed away, and bound polyclonal antibody is then reacted with the secondary antibody. TMB substrate is used for color development at 450 nm. All reagents and standards are provided in these ELISA kits.
