Orders: Orders will be accepted by fax, credit card or by mail. All phone and email orders must be accompanied by fax or mail. Purchase order numbers must be included in all orders.
Innovative Research, Inc now accepts credit card orders. Please call to place your order using a credit card.
To place an order by email, just send the catalog #, quantity requested and purchase order number to sales@innov-research.com and a representative will contact you with a confirmation of the order.

Conditions of Sale: All products are for RESEARCH USE ONLY, and not for Human or Clinical/Diagnostic use. The reagents that you purchase from Innovative Research, Inc are clearly labeled "For Research Use Only". To comply with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Regulations, these products are Not for use in Clinical Diagnostic or Therapeutic Procedures.
As your supplier, we advise our customers and monitor the use of these products to ensure that they are used for research purposes only. Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Innovative Research, Inc. and its suppliers harmless for any use of this product. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us. Charges: There will be no handling fee, however a minimum order of $50 is required on all Domestic orders and a minimum order of $100 on all International orders. All shipments requiring dry ice will be charged for the insulated box and dry ice used.
Payment: Payment will be due within 30 days upon receipt of goods, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Shipping: All orders are shipped via Federal Express at the purchasers expense, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Discounts: Discounts are available on all products for bulk quantity orders.
Storage: All products should be stored at - 70 C or colder unless otherwise stated.
