... Serum from Sprague-Dawley rats was purchased from Innovative Research (Novi, MI). Paraoxon was available from prior studies and purified to > 98% on silica gel immediately prior to use. Note: OPs are hazardous and require gloves and adequate ventilation. OP compounds that come in contact with glassware and plasticware should be immersed in 1.0 M NaOH for decontamination.
